Vera Bradley unveiled the new HP collection this morning. Website crash and you can't even call their customer service line. Ridiculous and very irritating. Super disappointed in in VB. Poor planning on their part. 0 stars
I recently made 2 orders to vera Bradley one being a very expensive Harry Potter purse u had ordered for my mother. I originally somehow was charged twice for the 100 dollar purchase. Once when the purchase was made and once when it shipped. Had to call customer service and they fixed the issue within a couple days but was very rude. Then the package never arrived even though it started was delivered. So now I'm filing a claim with UPS because they are saying they didnt have her apartment number from vera bradley. It's all on big mess. Never order from them again

I do not own one, But my girlfriend owns a few. I am allowed to touch it anymore because "i handle things to tough".
They are so poorly made, that it will rip all the time. I would never buy her another one because it would make me mad if i ripped it again. Put your money towards a better designed bag that you can actually travel with.
Your customer service is excellent, but I ordered a crossbody/fanny pack bag and when it came the fanny pack strap would not go through the hole. I returned it and ordered another one which came today. Same problem. The stitching and hole that the strap should go through is too small to pull the clasp out to remove the fanny pack strap. Very sad as I have many of your bags. The quality was excellent except for that problem. Am returning second bag.
I was an avid Vera Bradley fan. I normally order from the online outlet. However, the last two times items were missing from the order. The first time I luckily had a very nice lady who immediately refunded me. The second time I was essentially ignored. I paid for an item, didn’t receive it and customer service blamed it on shipping. There was nothing wrong with the box, they just forgot an item. So I have decided they are not trustworthy.
I ordered a travel & a cosmetic bag for my daughter in Christmas thru their website. After almost a month still no order. I emailed them and still no response. Then after calling their customer service I was told that they don't have the items in stock that's why my order was canceled & that their system was down that's why they never responded to my email inquiry. I was like if an item was out of stock then usually they will put it in their site or you wont be able to order it and also cmon system down for a week?! I then asked if my order was canceled why is there still a hold on my credit card? The condescending & rude jabroni named Dan just replied "Just call Paypal!" with no apology whatsoever. Thanks Vera Bradley wont be ordering from your site or buying any of your product anytime soon!

VB Southaven Tanger Outlet. Very inconsistent and rude staff. One day you can purchase a $19.99 blanket and use your Military ID and the next day you can't. It depends on who's behind the counter. Go to Branson, MO and you can use it on their sale priced blankets. I will not be purchasing anymore VB and if I changed my mind I definitely wouldn't shop at this location.
Have been a devoted Vera customer for decades. In my opinion all the positive attributes of The Vera bags were lost when the lining stopped being made from the coordinating quilted cotton.
The pockets no longer stand up, hold items properly and overall the bags feel cheap for the same price as ever. If this doesn’t change my Vera days are over for good
I placed an order in October for 2 face masks and when I got to the confirmation page, I noticed that my apt number was not included in my address. Within a few minutes, I had sent an email to customer service letting them know that I didn't see my apt number in the confirmation and asked if they could check and please add it. There are over 200 apartments at my address and without the apt number it would not be delivered to me.
I received a reply that said:
Thank you for taking the time to contact Vera Bradley. In order to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any modifications to an order after it is placed. If the shipping address provided for your recent order is invalid, and your order is returned to Vera Bradley, we are able to reship your order to the correct address.
So I replied with an answer along the lines of:
How will I get my order as quick as possible if my order is sent back to you then corrected and sent back to me? I got another reply saying basically the same thing. My address cannot be changed.
4 days later, I received an email saying my order was shipped. How could they not add my apartment number? They had 4 days to to it. None of this makes sense.
I followed the tracking, and what do you know? My order wasn't delivered due to an incomplete address.
It was sent back and reshipped.
I finally received my order a few days ago. The masks are ok. The only thing I really like about them is the shape makes it easy to tuck under my glasses so they don't fog up. But for all the annoyance of this order and the lack of useful customer service, I will not be ordering again.
I ordered 3 masks from Vera Bradley as I found online that masks were currently being made by the Vera Bradley seeing team located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I received the masks today 1 was made in Vietnam the other 2 were made in CHINA. How is this made in the USA? VB update that they are not made in the USA.
As a long time, loyal customer of Vera Bradley's, I was extremely disappointed with my last experience. There was a 25% off promotion. When I put my items in the shopping cart, no discount was applied. After several emails back and forth, I carefully reviewed the suggestions and determined that my items were eligible for the discount. My last email was never answered and I did not receive the discount. I simply cannot reconcile this experience with my usual interactions with the company. Will hesitate to respond to any more offers from Vera Bradley.
I ordered a purse on clearance for my sister's birthday, and decided to grab one for me too... decided while I was there to grab 2 masks... they ship the masks and the purses are marked as pending. I check on it occasionally, still pending. EXACTLY a month later I look and it still isn't shipped, I email customer service asking when it will ship, they send a response that my order did ship and send the tracking number for the masks... So I have to call the customer service that tells me they were out of stock of the purses, and they canceled the order. The site STILL shows the order as pending. I just can't. I tried to be nice to the rep, but I've waited a month I could have still been looking for my sisters present. This web site sucks. Don't order anything you can't do without, because it might not come. Don't order add on items you wouldn't want without the main purchase, as it might be all you get.
The Customer Service guy in the phone was very rude when I talked to him. I did not receive an item that I had ordered and they said it was out of stock so another guy off the customer service ordered me a new one and I had gotten it and I still haven’t gotten the refund for my other order. So I called back and asked about it and this man answered the phone and he was so rude. He wouldn’t let me get my refund back, when the other guy told me I would, and said that I had ordered the new one when I didn’t the guy off customer service did. I would not talk to another customer service person again when they are so rude and wont help you. I love Vera Bradley stuff but when the customer service is totally rude and disrespectful to you, I don’t know if I can order something else.
